Course Objectives

This Situational Leadership® course is one of the most respected and deployed leadership models in business today. Based on carefully validated research, and proven in the real-world dynamic of the workplace for more than 25 years, this course provides managers and leaders with practical and effective leadership skills to lead others to high performance success.
